What’s on During the Big Christmas Adventure Opening Weekend?

At Stockeld Park, we can’t hold back our excitement for the festive season ahead! This month, we’ll spook you and your family at our Halloween Adventure. If you haven’t booked tickets yet, you still have time! Book your Halloween family day out until Sunday, the 5th of November.

But right now, we have some big news to share. The Christmas Adventure is finally coming to Stockeld Park! From the 18th of November until the 8th of January, we’ll host exciting pantos, Winter Illuminations, ice skating and more.

We’re starting this season with a big opening weekend on November 18th and 19th of November. This weekend full of festive fun is only taking place on these dates. You don’t want to miss out!

Grand Opening Weekend at Stockeld Park

When is the right time to start getting festive? The minute Halloween ends! Join us for an enchanting day at Stockeld Park during the big opening weekend. We have plenty of festive favourites coming, from Santa Claus to the mischievous Elf on the Shelf®!

Santa and Mrs. Claus’ Arrival

You heard it here first. Santa and Mrs. Claus have chosen Stockeld Park as their first pit stop for lifting your Christmas spirit.

Watch Santa’s festive arrival and join in on the cheer as they travel around the park. This lively duo will be spreading Christmas magic, so stick about as your wishes may come true. After arrival, Father Christmas and Mrs. Claus will open the long-awaited Santa’s Grotto.

Santa’s Grotto Grand Opening

Father Christmas and Mrs. Claus are opening the doors to Santa’s Grotto. Explore this enchanting wonderland, take in the twinkling lights and find out if you’re on the naughty or nice list!

Your children can meet Santa from noon till 7pm on the opening weekend. It’s a busy time for Santa, so pre-book your tickets and secure your time slot today. Santa’s Grotto tickets are available in the Gold or Silver Christmas Adventure package.

Santa’s Grotto will be open every day from November 18th to December 24th. Our Santa experience will be available every weekend from 10am to 7pm, with shorter opening times during the November weekdays.

Visit Santa’s Reindeer in Yorkshire

Journey through the Enchanted Forest and meet Santa’s reindeer companions. Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen and all the festive favourites will be there waiting.

Meet Elf on the Shelf®

Meet the real Elf on the Shelf® mascot at Stockeld Park! This beloved elf will make timed appearances across the park, spreading holiday cheer only on our opening weekend.
