Customer update - Storm Darragh

Following the power cut on Friday, Storm Darragh on Saturday, and damage sustained to the Ice Rink on Sunday, we have received thousands of customer emails, which we are working hard to respond to.

Currently all hands are on deck responding to customer queries in our small office team, we do understand that it’s incredibly frustrating having to wait for a response and the team are working exceptionally hard to respond to everyone who has contacted us. We have decided not to send out a blanket generic response to everyone as we felt this would cause more frustration, and instead the team are dealing with each enquiry individually.

We have turned off our direct messages on socials to enable our team to focus on replying to the email backlog. 

We’d like to thank everyone again for your patience, can we please ask that if you’re waiting for a response you refrain from sending chaser emails as this is adding to the time it’s taking for us to respond to everyone. Once we think all affected customers have received a response we’ll provide an update, and if you still haven’t received a response at that point we’ll investigate and prioritise a response for you.
