Weather Update for Saturday 7th December

A yellow weather warning is in place for Wetherby this weekend.
The safety of our guests and team is our priority, and we have decided that it will not be possible to open either the Enchanted Forest, including the Winter Illuminations, or our Ice Skating Rink tomorrow.
It is safe for us to open the Grotto, Stockeld Theatre, and the Maze, and we want to minimise disappointment for our guests. We know that many of you will have prepared your little ones for a trip to see Santa so we will continue to operate our Grotto Experience as planned. Our catering outlets and gift shop will also remain open.
All guests with tickets booked for tomorrow will receive a voucher to the value of the Forest and Maze ticket, and or Ice Skating where applicable, which will be valid for the next 12 months and can be used anywhere on site.
If you wish to use this for this year’s Christmas and Illuminations there is currently availability during the weekdays until the 19th December, and also after Christmas from the 27th December until the 3rd January.
All guests with bookings for tomorrow will have received an email to the address you booked your tickets with confirming the above.
The vouchers will automatically be issued and you do not need to confirm this with our customer support team.
