Egg-Tastic Easter Holiday Activities You Can’t Miss

The Easter holidays are nearly here! Apart from Christmas and Halloween, Easter is the perfect time to eat chocolate for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But don’t tell your children that!

Easter at Stockeld Park marks the return of all outdoor activities. From obstacle courses and pedal go-karts to eggcellent adventures, explore what we have on offer below.

What Date Does the Easter School Holidays Start?

For most schools, the Easter holidays fall from Friday the 29th of March to Friday the 12th of April. Easter has come early this year, so you’ll start the holidays with a bang!

We’re holding our annual Easter Adventure between March 23rd and April 14th. We have many Easter activities, and we’re reopening inflatables, go-karts, and boat rides, so there’s plenty to do.

Easter Activities to Make the Family Hoppier Than Ever

Hop on Over to the Easter Bunny

Have your children received all their easter eggs? They might be missing one or two… Luckily, the Easter Bunny is making a special visit to Stockeld Park during the Easter Adventure.

The Easter Bunny will make timed appearances on our forecourt for special meet-and-greets. He only comes once a year and has plenty of hugs to give, so grab your camera and say hello!

Watch the Great EGG-scape

We’re hosting the Great EGG-scape from March 23rd to April 7th at 12, 1, and 2:30 pm. Join Alice and Brussel on their biggest quest yet. But beware: the frightful foe, Guy Fox, lurks close by. Help them tackle the Great EGG-scape and save Easter before it’s too late! Easter theatre show at Stockeld Park

Our Easter show is great for the whole family and will put a smile on everyone’s faces.

Crack a Yoke in the Magical Maze

Fancy a yoke? Get lost in our Magical Maze and laugh at our Easter jokes and puns! They’re scattered around the maze and sure to crack you up.

Our Yokes in the Maze event will run from the 23rd of March to the 14th of April.

Take Part in the Easter Trail

Join us for an egg-citing Easter trial around our Enchanted Forest. Keep your eyes out for the Easter Bunny’s rainbow carrots and hunt for our giant eggs, beautifully painted into friendly faces you’ll no doubt know!

Our Easter egg hunt and carrot quest is suitable for children and toddlers. Stroll down magical paths, meet mythical creatures and search for hidden treats. If you complete the trail, each child will receive a sweet treat.

The Easter trail runs between the 23rd of March to the 14th of April.

Meet Scout

Our park ranger, Scout, fills in for the Easter Bunny as he returns to hiding. From the 8th to the 14th of April, Scout will perform his fun pop-up shows at 12 and 4pm.

He’ll also be around for meet-and-greets at 12pm, so go nuts and grab a selfie!
