Park Supervision

  • All minors (paying and non-paying) under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over at all times. This is not only for the safe-keeping of the park, but also in case of a medical emergency – we are unable to treat anyone under 16 without parental consent. Please refer to section 5 of our terms and conditions for more details.
  • Skate supervision guidelines:
  • We recommend a minimum age of 4 and over for skating, although we advise parents to use their discretion on whether very young children will enjoy the experience.  No child under 2 will be allowed to skate.
  • All children aged 7 and under must be accompanied onto the ice by a responsible adult (18+) in skates.
  • All children aged 8 to 17 must be accompanied in the skating area by a responsible adult (the adult can supervise from the side of the rink).

Playhive supervision guidelines:

  • All children in the Playhive must be accompanied by an adult who also has a Playhive ticket. All play areas are designed for both adults and children to enjoy together.

Easter – Summer guidelines:

  • We have age / height restrictions for the Buccaneer Boats and Go Karts in line with manufacturer’s guidelines.
  • Buccaneer Boats – suitable for heights of 102cm and over.  A child between 102cm and 112cm must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18+)
