What happens if I need help getting out of the maze?

There's plenty of maps located in the maze to help you find your way out. If you still need some help, there's also a phone number you can call and we'll send a member of staff to help guide you out.

In the Enchanted Forest and Snowflake Maze.

The Snowflake Maze is open from the 22nd of November until 6th January 2026. It closes at 9pm, with last entry at 8:30pm. On Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, the maze closes slightly earlier at 7pm, with last entry on these days at 6:30pm.
