Entry to the maze is included in the following Christmas ticket packages:

  • Gold Christmas tickets
  • Silver Christmas tickets
  • Illuminations tickets
  • Illuminations & Skate tickets

The Snowflake Maze is open from the 22nd of November until 6th January 2026. It closes at 9pm, with last entry at 8:30pm. On Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, the maze closes slightly earlier at 7pm, with last entry on these days at 6:30pm.

There's plenty of maps located in the maze to help you find your way out. If you still need some help, there's also a phone number you can call and we'll send a member of staff to help guide you out.
