Our standard office hours are:

9am - 5pm Monday - Friday

9am - 5pm Saturday & Sunday (when the park is open)

We try to respond to queries on the same day, or next day for those sent after the office closes, where possible. Please allow up to 48 hours during our peak seasons to hear back from us.

We're a small but mighty team, we politely ask guests to be mindful that there is a person on the receiving end of emails (no robots here).
