Join us to Raise the Roof for Martin House Children's Hospice
This weekend we're helping to Raise the Roof for our partner charity Martin House Children's Hospice, located just down the road from us in Boston Spa.
Martin House provides family led care for children and young people with life-shortening conditions, enabling affected children to live well and fully, offering palliative care, and bereavement support to families, they really are amazing.
We're proud to play a small part in supporting their mission by raising funds and helping where we can. You can find out more about our partnership in this blog.
The Build
Martin House have been fundraising to raise £2 million to transform the hospice with The Build project, adding a new children's wing, additional facilities, and refurbishing the existing hospice building to create a home away from home for the families who rely on them. They're almost at the end of this incredible project and need our support more than ever to cross the finishing line.
Raise the Roof
This weekend Martin House are running their biggest ever fundraising campaign, Raise the Roof, with the aim of raising £360,000 in 36 hours. On 28th and 29th September every pound raised will be doubled by Martin House donors and we're getting involved too.
We will be match funding all donations made when you add a donation to ticket purchases from 8am on Sunday 28th September through to 8pm on Monday 29th September, meaning for every £1.50 you donate we match fund to £3.
This is added to the Raise the Roof pot and gets match funded to £6.
Every donation matters
If you already have your tickets, or would like to donate a larger amount to support Martin House then you can do so on our campaign page.
Direct donations are match funded at Martin House and will be logged on the campaign page, donations made via tickets will be match funded and logged periodically throughout the 36 hour period.
