Elf School Prize Terms & Conditions

Please read and understand the following terms and conditions carefully. These are in addition to our General Terms and Conditions and we would draw your attention specifically to 11. Competitions within our General Terms & Conditions.

1. Stockeld Park is a legal trading entity of Stockeld Farms Ltd. In these terms and conditions, any reference to one of the above or ‘the Park’ shall be deemed to also refer to all of the above unless otherwise stated.
2. The competition is open to entries from Wednesday 5th November to Saturday 15th November at 23:59 inclusive.
3. Entries received after this time will not be included in the competition.
4. Entries can be in JPEG, PDF, DOCX, or MP4 format, or tagged videos on social channels.
5. Entries can be sent via upload to our website on the following page:  Competition Entries , via our social channels on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, or via email (linked on competition page).
6. Entries made via social media must include either #stockeldpark , #elf-ergency ,  or tag @stockeldpark directly. We cannot guarantee that entries made with spelling mistakes in the social tag will be included in the competition so please take care when entering.
7. The prize includes:
   1. 2 Hour elf-school experience on Friday 21st November, from 4-6pm. 
      1. All winners must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 
      2. Dinner will be provided as part of the prize and dietary requirements will be catered for wherever possible.
   2. A family ticket for the Gold Christmas Package, with entry for 4 people on Saturday 22nd November 2025.
      1. The Gold Package includes:
         1. Entry to the Grotto Experience (time slots will be allocated)
         2. Entry to our Christmas Show in the Stockeld Theatre at 12:00.
         3. All day access to the Enchanted Forest, Maze, and Playgrounds
         4. Winter Illuminations in the Enchanted Forest after dusk.
   3. Winners can also add Ice Skating upgrades and Playhive upgrades to their tickets which are included in the prize.
   4. Winners will receive an elf outfit, certificate, and photo with Santa at their graduation which will take place on the 22nd November. 
   5. Winners and their families (up to 4 people) will receive skate membership for the season, and unlimited visits to the Winter Illuminations.
8. Winners must be available to redeem their tickets on the 22nd November 2025 and attend the Elf Academy on Friday 21st November from 4-6pm.
9. Prize value is 0.0001p and cannot be resold.
10. Winners will be contacted by Stockeld Park or Prohibition PR on behalf of Stockeld Park on Monday 17th November.
11. Winners will need to confirm acceptance of the prize and availability for the 21st and 22nd November.
12. Dinner will be provided for all winners and their accompanying adult on Friday 21st November, winners need to confirm dietary requirements when accepting the prize.
13. Stockeld Park Winter Illuminations run from Saturday 22nd November - Monday 5th January inclusive. Stockeld Park is closed on 25th and 26th December and no entry tickets will be issued for either of these days to winners.
14. Ice Skating membership runs from 22nd November 2025 - 22nd February 2026.
15. Confirmation emails received after the event date will not be redeemable. No responsibility is taken for entries that are delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
16. Competitions are not open to employees of Stockeld Park, their immediate families, their agents or related third parties who are directly connected with the prize.
17. By entering the Christmas competition participants agree to the terms and conditions of the competition, the terms of our privacy policy and our general terms and conditions.
18. All Entrants agree not to discredit, denigrate or bring into disrepute Stockeld Park, its products and services or its business partners and confirm that they have no reason to believe that their participation in a competition will have such an effect.
19. Stockeld Park accepts no responsibility and disclaims any liability for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize.
20. The winner and their family must provide their own transport to the venue, located at Stockeld Park, Wetherby, LS22 4AN.
21. Stockeld Park reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently delete this competition with or without prior notice.
22. Stockeld Park reserves the right to disqualify any entries at any time without prior notice.
23. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
24. Stockeld Park reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
25. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
26. Stockeld Park’s decision shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
