Family Ticket Prize Terms & Conditions

Please read and understand the following terms and conditions carefully. These are in addition to our General Terms and Conditions and we would draw your attention specifically to 11. Competitions within our General Terms & Conditions.

1. Stockeld Park is a legal trading entity of Stockeld Farms Ltd. In these terms and conditions, any reference to one of the above or ‘the Park’ shall be deemed to also refer to all of the above unless otherwise stated.
2. The competition is available to guests at Stockeld Park who participate in the Family Gameshow at our Festival Stage.
3. The Family Gameshow will run daily from 19th July 2025 to 1st September 2025.
4. Each participating team must have one member aged 18 years and over who can claim the prize.
5. The prize is for a family ticket for the Forest, Maze, and Playhive, with entry for 4 people.
6. Tickets must be redeemed prior to the expiry date shown on your prize voucher.
7. To redeem your prize please email customersupport@stockeldpark.co.uk with a photograph of your voucher.
8. Prize voucher value 0.0001p and cannot be resold.
9. Redemption emails received after the expiry date will not be redeemable. No responsibility is taken for entries that are delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
10. Competitions are not open to employees of Stockeld Park, their immediate families, their agents or related third parties who are directly connected with the prize.
11. By entering the Family Gameshow, participants agree to the terms and conditions of the competition, the terms of our privacy policy and our general terms and conditions.
12. All Entrants agree not to discredit, denigrate or bring into disrepute Stockeld Park, its products and services or its business partners and confirm that they have no reason to believe that their participation in a competition will have such an effect.
13. Stockeld Park accepts no responsibility and disclaims any liability for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize.
14. The randomly selected winner must provide their own transport to the venue, located at Stockeld Park, Wetherby, LS22 4AN.
15. Stockeld Park reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently delete this competition with or without prior notice.
16. Stockeld Park reserves the right to disqualify any entries at any time without prior notice.
17. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
18. Stockeld Park reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
19. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
20. Stockeld Park’s decision shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
