Nimbus Access Card Scheme

We’re pleased to announce that we are now working with Nimbus Disability and their Access Card Scheme to re-introduce free entry for Essential Companions.

Following customer feedback about our half-price carer tickets introduced in 2025, we wanted to improve our accessibility offer. Partnering with Nimbus means guests no longer need to bring sensitive supporting documents on the day of their visit.

From the 28th March 2026 Access Card holders displaying the +1 or +2 Essential Companion symbol can book a complimentary Essential Companion ticket. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.

Then just bring your Nimbus Access Card along with you on the day of your visit to show to our team at tickets when picking up your wristbands.

If you don’t already have an Access Card, our partners at Nimbus can process a free application for a Stockeld Digital Access Pass (DAP) for you.

Once approved, you’ll be able to request an Essential Companion ticket for your visit.

From this date customers will need either:

to book free Essential Companion tickets.

For the following weekends, please continue to book a half-price carer ticket using the current process:

  • 28th February & 1st March 2026

Why have we made the change?

We listened to your feedback. Previously, guests were required to bring personal documentation to support carer tickets. With the  Access Card Scheme, you only provide your information once to Nimbus, and won’t need to explain personal circumstances to us or bring sensitive paperwork to the park.

You’ll only need to supply information once to the Nimbus Access Card team, who will then issue you with your card or ID.
