Do I need to book every visit even with a membership?

Membership prices vary by season and the activities included, but typically range from £35 to £45, except for our ice skating memberships which are £60 per person.

With standard day tickets priced between £24 and £29 per person, your membership can pay for itself in just tow visits!

Yes! In just two visits, your membership can pay for itself, making it a great way to get more value from your days out. During weekends and school holidays, when the kids inevitably say they're bored you'll always know exactly where to take them. You can visit as often as you like, with the flexibility to stay as long as you want. Head home when the kids get tired, then return whenever you like to pick up the adventure where you left off!

This year, we've introduced an off-peak Christmas membership which gives you access to our Christmas activities (excluding Santa's Grotto) on selected dates from the 21 Nov until 31 Dec, so you can experience the festive magic again and again. Book your off-peak Christmas membership now.

Yes! Your membership includes access to the Playhive on every visit, but you'll need to book a fixed 90-minute slot each time. Memberships don't include a flexible, anytime Playhive option. 

Memberships don't include flexible, all-day entry to the Playhive. Instead, members must book a fixed 90 minute slot. 

Spring and summer memberships also don't include access to our additional activities, the Buccaneer Boats and Flying Stocksman. Tickets for these activities can be booked on the day for additional cost. 

During winter, ice skating isn't included with a winter membership and tickets must be booked separately.
