Entry to Santa's Arrival weekends events (Santa's Parade and seeing the reindeer) is included in all ticket types (gold, silver, illuminations). Book your tickets here.

The reindeer will be grazing in the park from 10am on Saturday 22nd until 4pm on Sunday 23rd November.

Gold tickets - available each weekend and daily from 18th - 24th December
