The Magical Maze
Get lost in Yorkshire's largest evergreen maze
Navigate over two miles of hedge-lined paths in our sprawling labyrinth, exploring each twist and turn for hidden objects and surprises all year round.
There's always something new to discover in the maze as it's transformed alongside the rest of the park for our seasonal events. Be entertained by cracking jokes at Easter, become a lyric detective in summer or wander through in winter and marvel at twinkling lights.
Discover magical surprises among the hedges
On your way round, you'll come across playful surprises, musical instruments and unexpected objects the whole family will love.
Only the bravest explorers will be able to find the globe sculpture, which is tucked away in the very centre of the maze.
Interactive play is woven into each twist and turn, so don't be surprised when you come across a Tardis on your travels!
Leeds' best hedge maze
The Magical Maze is made of over 2000 8ft yew trees, all of which were grown here on the Stockeld Estate. With so many sprawling paths to explore, there's hours of fun to be had.
The maze was designed by maze genius, Adrian Fisher, so prepare to get lost!
Feeling abit stuck? Just climb the castle viewing tower and cross bridges to get a look over the hedges to help you find your way.
