Fun Easter Activities With Our Forest Friends 

This Easter, get ready for an egg-cellent adventure in the Enchanted Forest! Between the 5th and 21st of April 2025, our forest friends are taking over the ancient woodlands and need your help on our magical Easter trail.

Let’s find out who you’ll meet along the way. 

The Enchanted Forest Easter Trail

The long, cold winter months are over! The sun is shining, birds are chirping, and our friendly forest friends are finally out of hibernation. Want to meet them? Bring your little ones to the Enchanted Forest for an adventure filled with family-fun activities!  

As you journey through, children will receive a stamp from four of our forest friends, which you’ll need to keep to trade in for a sweet treat at the end! 

Join Hiccup at the Hedgehog Hideaway

Did you know hedgehogs are one of the oldest living mammals? These adorable animals have scurried the earth for over 15 million years, and in that time, they’ve hardly changed! Speaking of cute, meet our resident hedgehog, Hiccup. This little prickle poppet (who, yes, hiccups!) loves apples, but their tummy can’t take it.

With a tummy that’s always rumbling, Hiccup just has to hoard these apples so no one gets their hands on them... But, with unwanted visitors sniffing around, Hiccup needs your help to protect their tasty stash. Will you be quick enough to lend a hand? 

Hear from Squeaky the Squirrel at the Storytime Sanctuary 

Scout the Squirrel’s friend, Squeaky, is here to share a story or two! Squeaky is a confident, cheeky and brave squirrel that loves telling tales of everyone’s forest adventures. Here, you’ll learn about the mischievous fox that keeps everyone on their toes!

When you get there, take a seat and hear from Squeaky about the woodland’s magical creatures. 

Wash up with Munchkin at the Mouse Motel

Munchkin is the sweetest little mouse, but she's been tricked by the sneaky Fox for seven years. Every day, Munchkin spends her time washing the Fox’s smelly socks, but she’s had enough - and she needs your help! 

Can you help with the washing and finally break her free from the Fox’s sneaky schemes? 

Garden with Root at the Rabbit Refuge

Just like Hiccup, Root the Rabbit has a hankering for forest favourites - carrots, potatoes, parsnips, beets - you name it! Root grows all his vegetables in a secret patch, but while he may be clever, he keeps forgetting where he put them.  

So, grab your garden tools and help Root dig up his tasty treats before Flash the Fox takes his stash. 

Watch out for Flash the Fox

Can you outsmart Flash the Fox? This cunning, charming and oh-so-cheeky fox is a master of mischief! One minute, they're playing pranks; the next, they're flashing that foxy grin and… poof - they’re gone. Flash is always up to something – and it usually involves a bit of woodland mayhem.  

You’ll see Flash’s ‘Wanted’ posters throughout the forest, so if you spot them in action, grab a photo so we can try to hunt him down!
