Take a spin on our outdoor ice rink, which is covered from the elements but still provides beautiful views of the park with open sides.

Our 630m² ice rink is made from real ice, and is available to enjoy every day from the 16th November - 6th January (with the exception of Christmas Day and Boxing Day). It's then open every weekend throughout January and February, and throughout February half term.

Guests with an Ice Skating ticket have unlimited access to the ice throughout their session, although we do periodically ask guests to leave the ice to enable us to sweep the surface.

• One free registered cared aged 18+ for every paying disabled guest, proof is required.

• All minors under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18+ at all times.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the Playhive, shoes and bare feet are not permitted in the Playhive. Guests may wear their own socks, or you can purchase a pair of our Playhive Play Slippers which are yours to keep.
