Our ice rink

Our 630 square meter ice rink enables you to keep dry while offering open-air views across the parkland, to the Estate’s stunning Enchanted Forest!

The rink is covered from the elements, but also open along the sides, so no matter what the winter weather is doing, you can come and enjoy the fabulous skating while still enjoying the same spectacular views of the surroundings!

Not an ice skating whizz?

Some people are natural born ice skaters and make it look so easy. But for the rest of us, it takes a little bit of getting used to. After a few minutes of getting used to the feel of the ice and the skates, you will be surprised at how well you can skate!

If you are feeling more like bambi, we have skate aids available to hire for a small charge to help you find your feet!

Enjoy this magical activity together as a family, and create the most wonderful memories at the best ice skating rink in Yorkshire.
