Keeping Your Little Ones Busy During the Half-Term Mayhem
Getting back into the swing of things after a blisteringly cold January has been a challenge. By now, you and your kids are well due a break, free from the mayhem that came with Christmas.
February half-term is soon upon us, so it’s time to start thinking about how you’ll keep the kids entertained. But don’t stress yet - we’ve already made plans for you! From the 15th to the 23rd of February 2025, Stockeld Park will be open every day with half-term activities the whole family can enjoy.
How Do You Make Half-Term Fun?
That’s easy - go to Stockeld Park! We’re open from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm during the February half-term, so there’s plenty of time to have fun. You can come for the day or just spend a few hours. We have different ticket options available so you can make the most of the half-term.
Magic Is Coming to Stockeld Park!
This half-term, we’re inviting Danny Lee Grew, the magician and global entertainer, to bring a bit of magic into our lives. Danny is an award-winning magician who has plenty of tricks up his sleeves, which have caught the attention of Channel 5, BBC and ITV.

The 24k Magic show is packed with enchanting magic, unbelievable illusions and impressive hand sorcery. You can watch Danny live every day this half-term at 12:30pm, 2pm and 3:30pm. This 30-minute magic show is included in the Whatever the Weather ticket option. If you want to add this on, you can upgrade at the ticket office upon arrival or online before your visit (subject to availability).
What Else Is on During February Fun?
Enchanted Forest & Magical Maze
Get yourself in the magical mood with a trip to the Enchanted Forest and Magical Maze. Our ancient woodlands will keep your little ones entertained with lots of interactive play, while the maze will put their scouting skills to the test!
The Flying Stocksman Train Rides
Our land train ride will take you from our Victorian-themed Stockeldbury station through the Enchanted Forest and back. We’ve designed our train with all guests in mind, so those with wheelchairs can also board.

Ice skating Sessions
Before spring arrives, we’re offering unlimited ice skating sessions during your visit to our 630sqm outdoor rink. You don't need to be an expert - just hold on to the railings or use one of our adorable ice skating aids*.
We’re hanging up our skates on the 23rd of February, so don’t miss your last chance to ice skate before we close till the Christmas Adventure comes back.

Indoor & Outdoor Playground Adventures
We’re home to five amazing outdoor playgrounds located across the Enchanted Forest and parkland meadow. Climb to your heart's content at the Tangle Tree Climb or swing across the ziplines at the Spider’s Lair.
The Playhive will be open all day long, so if you’re looking for some indoor fun, head there and let the kids go wild. There are over four themed areas to play in, with plenty of interactive games, suspended walkways and spiralling slides.

Laser Tag Taster Games
If you’re planning for your kid’s birthday party, why not try a taster game of laser tag? Our taster sessions are available at 2:30pm each day, which includes two 10-minute games and a safety briefing. The overall experience will last 30 minutes.

For parties, laser tag lasts up to 90 minutes, along with freshly cooked pizzas and squash after a long game of battle. Book your party today!

February Fun is nearly here, so book your tickets now to avoid disappointment. At our ticket office, you can upgrade your ticket to attend the Playhive, magic show or ice skating rink on arrival.
