Join us this February for fun-filled half-term activities with heroes, villains, ice skating, playgrounds and more!

 

Looking for things to do this February half-term? Join us every day from the 14th to the 22nd of February 2026 for a full day of fun as heroes and villains go head-to-head in a thrilling sing off at the Stockeld Theatre. 

Afterwards, get your skates on and head to our covered ice rink - from there, you can explore the wonders of the Enchanted Forest, Magical Maze and each of our imaginatively themed outdoor playgrounds.

Watch heroes versus villains in the musical showdown of the century

Witness our courageous hero - the Fairy Godmother - go head-to-head with our menacing villain - Captain Hook - in 'Once Upon a Showdown', a thrilling sing-along theatre show where good and evil battle it out to determine who becomes the true ruler of Stockeld. 

Perfect for the whole family, this high-energy 30-minute production promises plenty of fun, laughter and music. Exclusively for February half-term, our theatre show is on daily from the 14th to the 22nd of February at:

Explore the Enchanted Forest

Wrap up warm this half-term and venture into the Enchanted Forest. Hidden amongst ancient trees lies adventure and magic at every turn.

Step in and find almost a mile of interactive play elements, animated characters and five adventure playgrounds to explore. 

For February Half Term only, you'll also find a mysterious trail of objects our hero or villain has left behind.. can you find them all to complete your trail sheet?

Whether you're new to skating or a seasoned pro, fun and laughter is always guaranteed on the ice. 

No need to worry about rain dampening your skating session, our rink is protected from the elements under a new cover so you can skate whatever the weather!

Add a skating upgrade to your ticket for just £5 and get unlimited skating during your visit.

Our ticket options are designed so you can customise your day. You can also add on upgrades for our theatre show 'Once Upon a Showdown' and ice skating onto your ticket. 

'Park' gives you entry to the Enchanted Forest, Magical Maze and outdoor playgrounds.

The park opens at 9.30am and closes at 4.30pm.

  • Skate Only: £12.50
  • Park Only: £14.00
  • Park Only late entry: £10
  • Park and Playhive late entry: £14.50

Upgrades can be pre-booked online for Once Upon a Showdown (£3 per person) and ice skating (£5 per person) or added on the day at the Ticket Office (all upgrades are subject to availability). 

We also have Laser Taster sessions available throughout the holidays which can be booked at the Ticket Office for £5.50 per person.
