Choose from outdoor activities or head indoors to our Playhive - great for keeping the fun going whatever the weather. You can choose your activities and upgrades on the day, so you won't have to worry about bad weather ruining your day out.

Tinsel Tots tickets are available on Monday to Friday mornings from the 1st - 12th of December.

Pre-book your Tinsel Tots tickets online for the best price and choose your activities/upgrades on the day at the ticket office.

Some tickets are available for purchase on arrival (subject to availability).

Make your day extra special by taking your little one to see our sparkling Winter Illuminations after dusk.

See their faces light up as they see illuminated sculptures, installations and projection shows along our Christmas light trail, all set amongst the Enchanted Forest.

Pre-book your Tinsel Tot tickets online and choose your activities and upgrades on the day at the ticket office.

  • One activity: £8.50 per person
  • Two activities: £12.50 per person
  • Add Santa's Grotto for £12.50 per child and £3.50 per adult

We put together the Tinsel Tots deal with pre-schoolers in mind (0-4 years) but they are available to all ages.

The Tinsel Tots deal is available Monday - Friday mornings, from the 1st to the 12th of December 2025.

Choose one of the following activities for £8.50 per person:

  • The Playhive
  • The Enchanted Forest & The Snowflake Maze
  • Ice Skating

Add a second activity from the above list for an additional £4.

Add entry to Santa's Grotto to your visit for £12.50 per child and £3.50 per adult (subject to availability). 

Plus, you'll have access to the Woodland Cafe, the Playhive Pizzeria, the Gift Shop and the Christmas Tree Shop.
